CRITERIA FOR MAKING THE LMS VOLLEYBALL TEAM

The girls trying out for the volleyball team will be scored in the following 10 areas:

1. Passing accuracy
2. Serving consistency
3. Hustle on the court
4. Talking on the court-Calling the ball consistently
5. Setting ability
6. Continuously attempts to use a spike approach during play
7. Respect for the game and Coach-Following instructions/drills
8. Respect for team mates and their ability level -Encourager
9. Exhibits a positive attitude-no complaining
10. Excitement and love for the game exhibited with-in team work cooperation

Each student has a  possible earnings of 10 points in each category. The top 12-14 students will receive an invitation to joint the LMS Volleyball team. The final team will be announced on the last day of tryouts.
